Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact at reception desks and service counters within MOPH facilities.
  • Provide accurate information related to MOPH services, procedures, requirements, and forms.
  • Guide customers through service processes and direct them to the appropriate departments or service channels.
  • Register visitors and service requests using approved systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, and escalate complex cases in accordance with MOPH protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with MOPH policies, procedures, service standards, and customer privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Support special customer needs, including elderly people, people of determination, and urgent health-related cases.
  • Adhere to government ethics, confidentiality requirements, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Participate in training programs, service quality initiatives, and performance improvement activities.
  • Record and report service statistics, customer feedback, and daily operational issues as required.
