Responsibilities
- Handle hotel reception duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Proficient in Opera Cloud PMS and VICAS System for efficient front desk operations.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- QID & NOC required.
