Customer Service Representative | Financial Services Rental & Leasing | ALF Vehicle Rentals

Established in the 1930s as a trading business, Al‑Futtaim Group now operates across automotive, financial services and more. ALF Vehicle Rentals is a division focused on customer‑centric rental solutions.

Overview of the Role

The Customer Service Representative maintains high customer satisfaction, engages clients, and ensures a seamless rental experience. Responsibilities include direct customer interaction, sales monitoring, compliance with procedures, and collaboration across branches.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction to meet and exceed AVR standards.
  • Serve as the front‑liner, accommodating customers courteously and attending calls.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales flow for target achievement assessment.
  • Comply with procedures and recommend changes to maintain standardized rental and payment processes.
  • Meet monthly sales targets, increase rental utilization above 80%, and avoid exceeding rental count budget.
  • Handle rental queries and complaints within 48 hours.
  • Assist customers with service queries and provide detailed contract and insurance policy information.
  • Contact customers regarding payment dues, issue receipts upon payment, and provide account statements.
  • Process payments via multiple methods and update daily accounting reports for audit and finance records.
  • Provide administrative support to the rental team in document control and training.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and problem‑solving skills.
What Qualifies You For the Role
  • College graduate with a relevant degree.
  • Experience in a similar industry, preferably vehicle rentals.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and administrative systems.
