Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with experience in the real estate industry to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs thateffectively communicate our brand, services, and property listings. You will collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to produce high-qualityassets for both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designand produce visually appealing marketing materials, including propertybrochures, flyers, newsletters, signage, and social media graphics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop design concepts for online advertising campaigns.
• Createand maintain the visual identity of the company and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Editand enhance property photos and virtual tours to present listings in themost visually compelling way.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and the sales team to understand project needs andensure designs are aligned with target audiences.
• Assistin designing website elements, email templates, and digital marketingmaterials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and best practices inreal estate marketing.
• Ensureall designs meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing yourwork in real estate marketing.
• Experience with web design tools (Word Press, Squarespace, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects withdeadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
