Arkan Marketing is looking for a highly skilled and execution-driven Senior Content Creator to lead content creation across client accounts. This is a hands‑on role focused on fast execution

You will play a key role in managing content output, supporting the team, and ensuring creative ideas are executed efficiently and on time.

• Create high‑quality content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Shoot, edit, and deliver short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts).
• Execute content with fast turnaround times without compromising quality.
• Edit videos primarily using Cap Cut and ensure platform‑ready formats.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support and guide junior content creators and editors when needed.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, strategy, and performance goals.
• Stay updated on trends, formats, and platform best practices.

• 3 years of experience as a Content Creator (agency experience preferred).
• Strong experience in Cap Cut video editing

• Proven ability to multitask and execute quickly under pressure.
• Experience managing or leading a small content team.
• Strong visual sense and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and content performance.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be currently living in Qatar.
• Ready to work immediately is a plus.
