Role DescriptionThe Account & Production Coordinator supports the smooth execution of projects across production and events by coordinating workflows, timelines, and communication between internal teams, suppliers, production managers, account managers and client. This role is operational by nature and focuses on structure, follow-up, and day-to-day coordination rather than creative or commercial decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities Account Coordination- Support Production Managers in day-to‑day client servicing and project follow‑up
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and client feedback across multiple projects
- Prepare basic project documentation including timelines, call sheets, and status updates
- Ensure information is accurately communicated between clients and internal teams
- Assist with production logistics and preparation
- Coordinate schedules, bookings, permits, and basic production and events requirements
- Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and internal departments to ensure readiness for shoots and events
- Support on‑ground production and events needs when required
- Maintain accurate project records on Basecamp or other project management tools
- Track approvals, assets, and feedback to ensure projects move forward smoothly
- Flag risks, delays, or missing inputs early to Producers or Account Managers
- Support invoicing, documentation, and internal reporting in coordination with Finance and Admin
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Business Administration, Events, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, production support, or account support role
- Experience in media production, events, or creative agencies is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Basecamp or similar)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Fluency in English is required
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Familiarity with production and events workflows is an advantage
