Construction Manager vacancy in Doha Qatar
Junior Construction Manager - Doha, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals Only)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is specifically open to Egyptian nationals without previous experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects in the city.
Responsibilities- Assist in planning, budgeting and scheduling of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Egyptian national with a valid biometric passport
- No previous experience required; training will be provided by our experienced team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior management
