The ideal applicant should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying, along with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Competence in Excel and AutoCAD is preferred. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, maintaining project records, and coordinating with site engineers and procurement teams.
