- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software
- Experience in construction / fit-out / infrastructure projects
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Prepare BOQ and cost estimates
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Prepare variations and claims
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
