Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QS/Estimator to prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets for ready-mix concrete projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for ready-mix concrete projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate estimations.
- Proven experience as a QS/Estimator in the construction or ready-mix industry.
- Strong knowledge of measurement methods and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
