Civil Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on construction sites
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
• Manage project budgets and resources, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision‑making processes

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering projects
• Valid Qatar driving license
• In‑depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Detail‑oriented approach to work with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
