Trainee Engineer- Civil​/Project Site

Role & Responsibilities Objective / Role Overview

We are seeking a Trainee Engineer Civil / Project Site to join our team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or engineers with 12 years of construction experience. The role provides exposure to site operations, project coordination, and civil/fit‑out works, offering hands‑on learning and professional growth in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist in day therein‑day site operations, including supervision of labor and subcontractors under guidance.
• Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Support senior engineers in monitoring site progress, manpower utilization, and material usage.
• Participate in site meetings, follow‑aktions on action items, and ensure smooth communication between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Assist in‑site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
• Support the QA/QC team in monitoring and documenting site activities, non‑conformances, and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations at all times.
• Learn to identify potential quality or compliance issues and report them to senior engineers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports under guidance of Project Manager or senior loy.

• Support senior engineers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution.
• Learn and assist in quantity take‑offs, material coordination, and construction planning北京。

• Assist in coordinating with multi‑disciplinary teams to understand integration between civil, structural, and fit‑out work.

• Participate in training sessions, site briefings, and technical workshops.
• Observe and learn best practices in project management, site supervision, and safety compliance.
• Take initiative in developing problem‑solving skills, technical knowledge, and communication abilities.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Fresh graduates or 12 years of experience in civil construction or fit‑out projects preferred.

• Any relevant site, safety, or technical certifications are an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site practices.
• Familiarity with site measurement, reporting, and documentation tools.

• Understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
