Responsibilities- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for materials, labor, and equipment
- Review and evaluate contractor bills and change orders
- Provide consultancy advice on cost control, risk assessment, and project value optimization
- BSc. in Quantity Surveying
- UPDA Certified QS / Civil
- Minimum years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Strong Consultancy experience in construction projects
- Valid QID
