We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our product teams by coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the smooth execution of product initiatives and campaigns. You will work closely with product, operations, and analytics departments to maintain project momentum and facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders.

- 1–3 years of experience in product management, operations, business analysis, or a similar support role.
- Demonstrated experience in tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects.
- Proven ability to support the execution of marketing or engagement campaigns (e.g., SMS, push notifications).
- Experience in maintaining and managing delivery calendars and monitoring project progress.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including test case creation and issue tracking.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting status reports and updates for various stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and follow‑up skills to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and/or SQL.
- Direct experience within the financial services, fintech, banking, or telecom industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities to identify and resolve execution challenges.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
