We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Policy & Governance Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing the corporate policy framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and standardize corporate policies, procedures, and governance documents.
- Establish, manage, and enhance the corporate policy framework and policy lifecycle.
- Ensure all policies comply with relevant regulatory, compliance, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to develop practical and implementable policies.
- Maintain the Group policy register, including documentation, updates, and version control.
- Support policy rollout activities, including communication, training, and periodic policy reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Governance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5–10 years of professional experience in corporate governance, policy drafting, compliance, or consulting environments.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a holding company, regulated entity, or large corporate environment is preferred.
