All About Us

The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing end‑to‑end services that help our customers grow. We combine traditional management consulting with rich data assets and in‑house technology to deliver strategic insights and measurable outcomes. Specialized Product Delivery (Deploy) focuses on expert execution support—deployment and value realization—from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ship outcomes (not just activities)
  • Commercial Product &

    Roadmap:

    Co‑create the corporate card roadmap (features, pricing, benefits, segments) and translate into quarterly OKRs, KPIs, and gated delivery milestones.
  • Sales Motion & Pipeline:
    Build and convert a healthy pipeline of B2B opportunities (large enterprise and mid‑market); design sales content, discovery scripts, and proposals; enable issuer sales teams with training and playbooks.
  • Supplier Enablement & Acceptance:
    Stand up structured supplier onboarding programmes (education, objection handling, CRM tracking) to expand card‑based AP flows and e‑commerce acceptance.
  • Virtual Cards & Digital Adoption:
    Drive virtual card and digital payment adoption (wallets, tokenization) with clean operations, reconciliation support, and change controls.
  • Lifecycle Programmes:
    Design and run activation, usage, balance build, retention across CRM, digital, and merchant channels—owning test plans, targeting, controls, and in‑life optimization.
  • Analytics & Performance Management:
    Partner with analytics to publish dashboards for activation, supplier acceptance, spend, attrition, ENR; structure test‑and‑learn experiments and act on insights rapidly.
  • Change Delivery & Controls:
    Run structured delivery (RAID, gating, cutovers) for platform changes and scheme/regulatory updates; maintain auditable documentation and sign‑offs.
  • Stakeholder Leadership:
    Align Product, Sales, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Tech/Processor, and vendors; sustain weekly performance cadences and unblock decisions quickly.
  • Value Realization:
    Set success benchmarks (e.g., early‑life activation, acceptance, usage, retention) and lead post‑launch optimization sprints to sustain gains.
  • Spend, Balances &:
    Deliver measurable growth in monthly spend, ENR, and income via orchestrated programmes (product + sales + ops).
  • Delivery Excellence:
    Maintain clean audits, stable operations, and evidence‑based approvals; shorten cycle time from strategy to go‑live.
Team Collaboration & Culture
  • Distill complex analysis into clear decisions and presentations; influence senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Plan and structure work for yourself and junior team members; lead or co‑lead project/programme management forums.
  • Contribute to Mastercard intellectual capital (playbooks, dashboards, case studies) and mentor colleagues—grow leaders, not just deliverables.
