Digital Content Specialist
Lead and maintain competitive edge through innovation in areas such as content management, product management, operations, and customer acquisition/retention. Develop timelines for new features or other projects that need to be completed.
Evaluate partnerships for the company's IPTV & OTT content. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner and, with partners to ensure that all delivery requirements are met. Identify and develop relationships with content providers, acquiring all media rights and clearing the necessary rights for third party content.
Monitor and analyse streaming quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate scheduling for live and VoD content across all distribution channels.
Collaborate with Brands team to ensure that marketing materials are developed in a timely manner and work with technology and partners teams to ensure software features are implemented properly.
Lead content syndication strategy, including negotiating deals with third parties as appropriate to ensure access to broadest possible range of content on behalf of customers, aligned with Line Manager.
Analyse & monitor the performance of IPTV/OTT platforms and create monthly reports and dashboards for management. Documenting processes or procedures as needed or requested by management.
Provide support for inventory, budget & forecasting requirements for the content. And ensure to coordinate with operations team to manage the development, distribution and support of channels, streaming devices, or platforms in line with customer requirements.
Support brands team in development of marketing campaigns by providing access to content repository.
Own the customer experience, NPS performance, and communication strategy implementations across TV and content portfolios.
Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business or a relevant field
5+ years of relevant Partnership, Product Management experience within entertainment, technology, or digital media with experience in negotiating content deals.
Experience in successfully managing E2E Product lifecycle
Effectively manage Go-To-Market streams for products & post-launch health checks
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and building business cases. Proven experience/track record for executing on-time and on-budget
