Business Performance Analyst

Location:
Onshore Resident.
- Develop and optimize C& P digital tools and processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and operational needs.
- Develop and optimize dashboards and reporting enhancements for C& P, our company management and shareholder reporting.
- Conduct market intelligence and supplier financial health analysis, monitoring and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process improvement, automation, digitalization, and data‑driven insights.
- Coordinate audits, compliance monitoring.
- Execute internal control framework and monitoring.
- Monitor and control adherence and compliance with Company P2P process as per the job dimension.
- Audit & Compliance Management:
- Coordinate internal/external audits, ensuring timely provision of documentation and resolution of audit queries.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures across C& P operations.
- Implement and verify corrective actions from audit findings.
- Digital Tools & SAP Coordination:
- Develop, upgrade, and maintain SAP MM module, migration to next generation SAP systems, dashboards and related C& P tools.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, design workshops, testing, and deployment of system changes.
- Maintain and enhance C& P reports for management and audit purposes.
- Ensure consistency of SAP changes across modules and external applications.
- Process Optimization & Automation:
- Drive process improvement initiatives using company CI tools and digital technologies.
- Define and coordinate business requirements for tool and process development and automation.
- Develop and assess automated processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Policies & Procedures:
- Develop and update C& P policies and procedures in line with best practices and evolving business needs.
- Promote understanding and adherence through training and internal communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with Finance, DBS, and other departments to ensure smooth P2P practices and tool integration.
- Support users across company in tool usage, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Knowledge Management & Training:
- Document and consolidate experience and know-how related to C& P tools.
- Promote continuous learning and skill development through training programs.
- Compliance & HSE:
- Ensure adherence to company Code of Ethics and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Align with HSE rules and take necessary precautions to prevent risks to personnel and installations.
- BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent.
- Professional experience: 6 years post‑graduate experience in the O&G industry or its equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
- Main personal abilities: very good verbal and written communication and planning/organizing/coordinating.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BW reporting, and digital automation tools.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Proficiency in communication skills.
- Advanced level in SAP & BW reporting, dashboard development.
