Marketing & Business Development Officer

We are currently seeking a Marketing & Business Development Officer to join our Marketing & Business Development Department.

The successful candidate will support departmental operations by coordinating marketing and business development activities, monitoring performance, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Maintain databases and tracking systems to monitor producer and client requests
• Support day-to-day marketing and business development operations
• Assist in preparing marketing plans, sales forecasts, reports, and presentations
• Track product line sales, costs, and new business data
• Prepare marketing performance reports and summaries
• Communicate departmental objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with Technical, Finance, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure smooth business operations
• Follow up on policy status, client renewals, and customer service requests
• Support implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives
• Act as a point of coordination between departments and clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset
