Primary Purpose of the Job
Support strategic workforce and Qatarization planning for Qatar Energy by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing short-, mid-, and long-term workforce requirements. This process is intended to deliver timely insights that inform leadership decisions regarding strategic workforce initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a larger organization with focus on Strategic Workforce Planning and analytics.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proven consulting, process and project management skills as well as change management in driving performance and delivering results.
- Strong attention to details with good collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Energy industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in quantitative or statistical analysis.
- Data management skills such as data integrity, data governance frameworks, quality control.
- Workforce expertise in skills taxonomy, segmentation and capability modelling.
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
