Overview

EGM Groupe Inc is a Canadian company headquartered in the Province of Québec, Canada. The company operates in the field of engineering services, as well as in the identification, structuring, and development of diversified investment opportunities, including real estate promotion and development. EGM Groupe Inc is seeking to recruit an Investment & Business Development Representative who is Qatari or currently based in Qatar.

The selected candidate will represent the company in the Qatari market and contribute to building long-term, trust-based strategic partnerships with investors, investment offices, family businesses, and business leaders interested in international partnerships and investments, particularly in Canada. This role is designed for a senior, relationship-driven professional capable of opening doors, structuring discussions, and supporting high-level investment dialogue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present the company in a professional, clear, and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with investment offices, family businesses, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify qualified investors and organize high-level investment meetings.
  • Understand, structure, and summarize the company’s activities and strategic positioning.
  • Prepare, organize, and update the Company Profile and presentation materials.
  • Ensure the preparation and printing of documents prior to meetings.
  • Prepare meetings in advance by researching counterpart interests and objectives.
  • Accompany senior management during meetings when required.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience with:
  • Direct interaction with investors and senior executives
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional presence, discretion, and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage structured documentation
  • Solid understanding of Gulf-region and international investor mindsets
  • Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory)
    • French is a strong asset
Preferred Nationalities
  • Qatari, Canadian, Am-erican, It-alian, Spanish, or other European nationalities (Professional experience, credibility, and network are the primary selection criteria.)
