We are seeking a commercially driven professional who can bring in new clients

build trusted relationships
, and
serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Qatar
. This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and client success, ensuring both revenue growth and high client satisfaction.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients in Qatar across relevant industries
- Build and maintain a strong personal network of decision-makers, founders, and marketing leaders
- Lead pitches, proposals, and negotiations in collaboration with the Born Creators leadership and delivery teams
- Consistently achieve agreed revenue and growth targets
- Act as the primary relationship owner for Qatar-based clients
- Manage client expectations, communication, and ongoing engagement
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal creative and delivery teams
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services
- Provide strategic input to clients on branding, marketing, and growth initiatives
- Represent Born Creators as a trusted partner, not just a service provider
- Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and positioning
Support the local growth strategy of Born Creators Qatar
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within marketing, creative, digital, media, or consulting industries
- Strong existing network in Qatar (brands, corporates, SMEs, startups, or government-related entities is a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional/global teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
