Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for overseeing the business development, sales, and other commercial functions to ensure cohesive growth strategies and strong market positioning.

The ideal candidate is a results‑driven leader with a strong understanding of digital ecosystems and commercial operations, capable of translating strategy into measurable outcomes and building high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Define and implement the organization’s commercial strategy to deliver growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team in setting annual business targets, financial forecasts, and performance indicators.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that drive innovation, diversification, and long‑term commercial sustainability.
  • Ensure all commercial decisions align with the company’s mission, brand, and strategic direction.
Revenue and Business Growth
  • Oversee all business functions responsible for revenue generation, customer acquisition, and client retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and market trends.
  • Strengthen pricing, negotiation, and partnership frameworks to optimize revenue streams.
