The Business Development Coordinator (B2B) is responsible for optimizing outreach and operational workflows for B2B business development activities. This role involves identifying and engaging potential corporate partners providing support throughout all phases of proposals and developing efficient workflows to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential corporate partners aligned with HEC Paris executive education offerings and thought leadership
- Support the B2B sales team in client interactions throughout the sales cycle to ensure clear communication
- Assist in preparing and refining client proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with client needs
- Work closely with internal departments (marketing, admissions, academic) to support proposal development, contract preparation and client onboarding
- Support the B2B Sales team in creating, organizing and maintaining effective knowledge‑management systems (client information, contract data, program content, etc.)
- Conduct desk research and organizational mapping to identify key stakeholders and decision‑makers within target companies
- Contribute to the improvement and usage of Salesforce to enhance pipeline management and client lifecycle tracking
- Assist in the operational setup and refinement of business development processes aligned with HEC Paris standards of excellence
- Provide back‑office administrative support
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 6 years of work experience in sales or business development function
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and French are a strong advantage
- Advanced level in MS Pack Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficient in database management and strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while prioritizing stakeholder needs; ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results
- Proven problem‑solving capacity with the ability to anticipate challenges proactively, identify potential issues and develop effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Flexibility to work extended periods during peak periods
- Prior experience in Qatar or GCC preferred
