- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales management preferably in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Lead and execute hotel sales and marketing plans across all market segments
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive targeted business initiatives
Develop and implement local sales strategies aligned with brand goals - Present monthly performance reports to hotel owners and senior management
- Coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and integrated sales programs
