Associate Sales Projects

• Support the planning execution and tracking of various sales related projects and initiatives across markets.
• Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities within the sales cycle and propose process improvements.
• Collect analyze and interpret data to support decision making and measure project success.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project deliverables.
• Prepare presentations reports and updates for leadership to showcase project progress and results.
• Participate in pilot initiatives or special projects documenting learnings and scaling best practices.
• Support the rollout of new tools systems or sales enablement materials to frontline teams.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics related to ongoing sales projects.
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries and updates related to assigned projects.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in sales operations project management or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; proficiency in Excel Power Point Google  sheets and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in a fastpaced techdriven environment microbes is a plus.
• Project management certification is a plus (e.g. PMP Agile).
