Role Summary

The Media Manager - Broadcast media is responsible for building long-term relationships with our clients. The incumbent will be responsible for a portfolio of airlines or a large strategic account, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Location:

Doha, Qatar. Relocation assistance may be provided. Remote options: hybrid work arrangement, with time balanced between office, client and home.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry
  • Will be the primary contact for all customer account management matters, including content selection & service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize revenue and margin.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and SLA's.
  • Maintain account management plans and develop a solution orientated approach to drive account growth.
  • Develop and coach new members of the team.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong industry network to leverage sales opportunities.
  • Source, analyze and share competitor intelligence, market data and industry trends for their airlines.
  • Exemplify the company core values and behaviours.
  • Delivercontinuous improvementefficiencies.
  • Coach and develop a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Provide general leadership support across your location and the wider teams.
  • Ensureregular, relevant and effective communication with key stakeholders, across the function and throughout the department.
Expectations
  • Flexibility to attend meetings outside of standard working hours and travel as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Management of accounts with revenue of $1m plus
  • Managing teams (directly or indirectly), within a matrix organization
  • Commercial & financial acumen
  • Commercial negotiation and / or legal contracting experience
