- Evaluating business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends, ISO 20000 and professional business knowledge.
- Improve training and operational procedures within business to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
- Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.
- User variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights.
- Develop training materials for new users and conduct demos.
- Fluent in Arabic and English speaking and writing
- Must have 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in ISO 20000 projects with a semi-government and a government organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- Relevant Certification from authorized training body.
- Gross Salary: 5K – 10K (QAR)
