The Business Development Manager is responsible for enhancing the company’scorporate identity, policies, and internal documentation to align with industrystandards and best practices. This role focuses on revising company handbooks,policies, branding materials, and overall corporate image to ensure consistency, professionalism, and compliance with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Corporate Identity & Branding:
- Oversee therevision and modernization of the company’s logo, branding, and marketing materials
. - Ensure brandconsistency across all company documents, presentations, and communications.
- Work withgraphic designers and marketing teams to update corporate visual identity.
- Review,update, and standardize the company’s policy handbooks, procedures, and manuals
. - Aligninternal policies with industry best practices, legal requirements, and corporate objectives.
- Developstructured, clear, and employee-friendly documents for HR, operations, and administration.
- Ensure thatall company documentation follows consistent formatting, branding, andlegal compliance.
- Work closely with HR, legal, and senior management to align policies with companygoals.
- Createstandardized templates for internal and external communications.
- Developinternal presentations and reports to communicate company policies andbranding updates.
- Organizetraining sessions or workshops to ensure employees understand new policies and procedures.
- Supportleadership in implementing new initiatives related to company identity and documentation.
Skills:
- Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, corporate branding, or policydevelopment.
- Strong understanding of corporate identity, branding, and policy structuring.
- Excellent communication, writing, and document design skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document formatting, and branding tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva).
- Ability towork cross-functionally with HR, management, and creative teams.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and corporate compliance requirements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
