Description

This position is responsible for supervising the preparation of detailed programs for projects under the program management plan and monitoring their implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the implementation of approved programs and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the review and preparation of technical and follow-up reports, as well as the evaluation of programs and activities in the planned and implemented areas.
  • Contribute to the development of operational and detailed program plans, reviewing and updating them periodically.
  • Develop reports on program status, progress rates, and challenges, and submit them to the Head of Programs.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
  • Participate in developing program management methodologies and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the improvement of program management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting challenges and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare detailed evaluation reports and present findings to senior management or relevant committees.
  • Follow up on general and sub-plans, ensuring objectives are measurable and properly implemented.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Requirements

    Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in program or project management.

    Skills:

    • Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage priorities effectively.
    • Ability to analyze project data and performance indicators to make informed decisions.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is an advantage.
