The Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager will play a critical role in supporting and delivering quality, governance, and project management initiatives across multiple client engagements. The position is designed for a professional who can combine technical rigor (in quality management and audit) with consulting discipline (project coordination, client engagement, and delivery excellence).
This individual will initially contribute to projects involving integrated management systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) and will progressively assume responsibilities across broader advisory assignments covering governance frameworks, operational excellence, data management, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in consulting, quality management, or governance.
- Proven exposure to internal audits, documentation management, and ISO certification projects.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing multiple work streams.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Prior exposure to client-facing or consulting environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and integrated management system principles.
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, KPIs, and continual improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent project planning, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Project).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery.
- Ability to quickly grasp new domains and frameworks.
- Agility: Quickly adapts to new assignments and changing client needs.
- Accountability: Owns assigned tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaboration: Works effectively across teams and disciplines.
- Client Orientation: Anticipates and meets client expectations with professionalism.
