• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive setting, preferably in a luxury car dealership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and computer software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive parts a plus.
