Job Summary
We are seeking a female Personal Assistant who is highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive to manage personal, household, and selected business-related tasks. The role includes supervising household staff, organizing toddler meals and schedules, handling shopping and errands, arranging travel arrangements, providing daily updates, and assisting with light business matters. Arabic and English language are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Household & Staff Management- Organize, supervise, and follow up on daily tasks of household staff (maids, drivers, etc.)
- Ensure household routines and standards are maintained
- Coordinate staff schedules, duties, and priorities
- Plan and organize daily meals and snacks for the toddler
- Coordinate food preparation with household staff
- Ensure groceries and toddler-related supplies are always available
- Monitor dietary routines and communicate any needs or changes
- Arrange and manage toddler toys
- Handle clothes purchase for the toddler
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
- Organize appointments, reminders, and household-related activities
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure completion
- Handle shopping for groceries, household essentials, and personal items
- Track inventory of necessary items and restock when needed
- Coordinate deliveries and verify accuracy of orders
- Arrange travel bookings and logistics (flights, accommodation, transportation)
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are completed
- Provide clear daily updates on completed tasks and pending matters
- Report any issues, shortages, or concerns promptly
- Maintain organized communication and documentation
- Female candidate only
- Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a family environment and with children
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication skills (Arabic and English required)
