Overview
The Admin Assistant is responsible to provide efficient administrative and front office support and ensure the smooth functioning of the center in a systematic way.
On time response on official e-mails, replenish office supplies, routine filing, photocopying and other routine functions as directed by the supervisor and coordinating all medical queries and documents in an efficient and confidential way based on medical ethics and values.
Arranging appointments and services with the Doctor as requested.
Key Responsibilities- To coordinate with employees, patient and doctors related to all medical related queries in an efficient and confidential way based on medical ethics and values.
- Assist promptly and efficiently in sorting and distributing of mail/documents to the doctors for review and validation.
- Proper handling of Medical Certificate and other confidential documents for the doctors verification.
- Distribute validation document received from various business areas to relevant physicians and attend the follow-up queries.
- Other operational duties would include:
As requested by the line manager when required.
