Administrator - Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office operations including coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing calendars
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when needed
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Support HR functions by maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Salary: 1500$ per month
