PTW/CAFM Coordinator

- Coordiante with PM for the execution schedule
- Prepare the plan for the permit to work (PTW) applicable areas
- Follow the permit process and make sure the PTW availability on time
- Follow the site PTW opening and closing process
- Meet and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to get the approvals on time
- Arrange the required documentation and its coordination (internal as well as with Customer) for the PTW.
- Coordinate with Customer on releasing the CAFM task and its on time scheduling and notification to the concerned Manager/Engineer
- Applying the permits within the timeframe and closing the task in CAFM system on time by collecting the necessary inputs from the Engineers with all the required supporting documents and its filling
- Close monitoring of open CAFM task and its closures on time to avoid the penalties
- All the necessary documentation and its proper maintaining as per the project requirements
- Close coordination with Customer on CAFM and documentations as per the needs within the timeframe
- Service reports preparations and on time submission for the invoicing process by coordinating with Customer and Commercial team
