Overview
Job Objective:
To assist in administrative activities related to HR Services ensuring employees' entitlements to salary and benefits are appropriately documented in accordance with Company's policies and procedure and employment contracts;
Ensure proper maintenance/regular update of the Personal system
Key Accountabilities- Employee Services
- Personnel Administration
- Insurance Coverage and End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
- Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Statements and Reports
Diploma in Human Resources management or administration preferred
Minimum Experience2-3 years of relevant Personal administration related experience in a similar sized company
Job Specific Skills- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literacy

Oracle Experience required
