Job Title:
Receptionist – Real Estate - FEMALE
Experience: 2–3 years (Qatar real estate experience mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally at the reception
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales and leasing
- Coordinate property viewing schedules and appointments
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems
- Assist sales and leasing teams with administrative support
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier services
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements &
Skills:
- 2–3 years experience as a receptionist in a real estate company in Qatar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Fluency in English and Arabic - preferred
