The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related and administrative documents within the real estate operations. The role ensures document accuracy, compliance with regulations, and easy accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, organize, and control all real estate and project-related documents.
Ensure documents comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for document processing and approvals.
Review documents for accuracy and implement quality control procedures.
Ensure document security, confidentiality, and proper version control.
Update, archive, and retrieve documents as required.
Improve document management processes using document control software and systems.
RequirementsProven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in real estate or construction.
Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and regulations.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
