If you are a Senior Office Administrator professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers you the chance to manage and optimize office operations at Emerson’s regional headquarters in Doha, Qatar
. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting leadership, and fostering a safe and collaborative workplace environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for Emerson’s Doha facility, the headquarters for the North Middle East Region.
  • Provide executive support to the Vice President of the region and coordinate administrative needs across teams.
  • Organise and manage events, meetings, and conferences to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain office safety and security standards for both people and property.
  • Handle correspondence, maintain accurate records, and manage office supplies procurement.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in administrative support, reception, or office management roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with additional certifications or diplomas in Office Administration.
  • Experience managing administrative functions for a large corporate or multinational organisation.
  • Familiarity with event planning and office safety protocols.
