The EHS & Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards while also supporting administrative operations for the project site. The role requires strong knowledge of safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and site administrative coordination. The candidate will work closely with project teams to maintain a safe working environment and smooth administrative flow.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local and international standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits to ensure safe working conditions.
Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to workers and staff.
Maintain EHS documentation including incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices across the site.
Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, including drills and evacuation procedures.
Administrative ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing daily administrative tasks for the ISF project.
Maintain staff attendance, documentation, and records as required by project management.
Support coordination between client representatives, site teams, and internal departments.
Prepare routine reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
Ensure smooth communication and support logistics for site operations.
RequirementsCertification: NEBOSH certified (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably within Oil & Gas or construction environments
