Local Company looking for an ACCOUNTANT (GENERAL ACCOUNTING)
With valid QID & NOC
Responsibilities- Issuing & posting invoices using Quick Books.
- Posting account transactions (Receivables, Payables & others) using Quick Books.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
- Preparing monthly salaries through WPS.
- Prepares and processes electronic payments/cheque requisitions for monthly remittance deadlines.
- Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
- Inventory works
- Perform tasks that may assigned from time to time including logistic duties.
- Work experience as an Accountant is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
- Advanced capability in using Excel and accounting packages.
- Goods English communication skills.
- Willing to cross train with others in the department.
