We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Accounting functions
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands‑on experience with financial reporting, and familiarity with Qatar labor and tax regulations.
Accounts Payable (AP):
Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation and approvals
Accounts Receivable (AR):
Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
Perform customer account reconciliations
Monitor credit limits and aging reports
Payroll:
Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with Qatar Labor Law
Manage employee deductions, allowances, end‑of‑service benefits, and leave settlements
Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs and employee records
General Accounting:
Maintain general ledger and perform month‑end and year‑end closing
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
, preferably in Qatar or GCCStrong hands‑on experience in AP, AR, Payroll, and General Accounting
Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience in GCC‑based companies
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
