Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial records and transactions for our real estate operations in Doha. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to standard accounting principles.

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Transaction Management:
  Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconciliation:
  Conduct timely bank statement and other financial data reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all financial practices, documentation, and reporting comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Audit Support:
  Assist in preparing documentation and providing support for internal and external audits.

• Educational
  
  Qualification:
  
  A specific degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution is required.
• Total Experience
  
  Required:
  
  A minimum number of years of professional experience in an accounting role is mandatory.
• Experience Certification:
  Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) or documented experience in a related field are required.
• Skills:
  
  Must be proficient in accounting software and standard accounting practices.
• Location:
  
  Must be able to perform duties at the deployment location in Doha, Qatar.
