Registered Nurse | RN at Dixon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center - Dixon, IL.

Schedule: PT NIGHTS + Rotating Weekends! (8hr Shifts).
Staffing: Increased staffing ratios.

Pay: Up to $40.50/hr + Shift Differential available.

Sign‑On Bonus: Part‑time $5,000;
Full‑time $10,000.

As a Registered Nurse, you will ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift;

staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
