Job VacancyOverviewDixon Public Schools is accepting applications for the position of a Health Assistant/Nurse at Thomas J. Dempsey Therapeutic Day School. The Thomas J. Dempsey Therapeutic Day School is a K-8 therapeutic day school with an enrollment between 20-30 students for a low nurse to student ratio.
Duties- Ability to provide health services to students, as needed.
- RN or LPN with current active license.
- Interest and ability to work with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to perform routine health care duties as directed by the District Health Coordinator.
- Hourly rate will be determined based upon license and experience.
- Fifteen (15) sick days per year
- Two (2) days personal leave per year
- Health insurance
- Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF)
- Pay Range for LPN: $19.59-$21.90
- Pay Range for RN: $20.75-$23.05
