NURSE Practitioner; Sterling, IL

Join our team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in the Sterling/Morrison, Rochelle, IL area. This part-time role offers $50 per hour, flexible hours (8-40 per week), and in-person day shifts.

Collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans, conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with preferred experience in Skilled Nursing facilities, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius.
