Facilities Manager

Sinnissippi Centers is seeking to add a Facilities Manager position to our maintenance program. This position will oversee all physical aspects of maintaining a busy outpatient and residential behavioral health system.

The following list is a representation of some of the duties of this position:

• Facilities management for 15+ sites including interior and exterior upkeep.
• Oversees fleet maintenance for 20+ vehicles.
• Supervises 3-4 staff which includes hiring, performance management and work direction.
• Manages vehicle mileage and trips for annual IDOT reporting.
• Manages online ticket tracking system including monthly HUD reporting.
• Monitors prevailing wage reports for external contractors.
• Secures all documentation needed for external contractors including insurance, Business Associate Agreements, bids, prevailing wage reports, etc.
• Serves as on-site contact for any construction projects.
• Monitors and analyzes for appropriateness all maintenance expenses including Menard's, Ace, Supply Works, NAPA, etc.
• Uses Excel for tracking and monitoring maintenance functions that are not contained within online ticket system.
• Will develop a replacement/improvement plan for all exterior facility elements.
• Will develop an interior facility upkeep plan for all sites.
• Will develop a preventive maintenance program for all HVAC systems.
• Will oversee the development of a vehicle replacement plan.
• Will maintain a professional demeanor and interact in a trauma informed manner with all colleagues, clients, contractors and visitors.

Salary: $62,104 - $72,662

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in facilities management including upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and all other elements of building maintenance.

Supervisory experience required.
