Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.
As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:- Earn up to $25.01 /hr
- Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.00-$23.00 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
- Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.68 - $2.01 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
- Regular weekday hours
- A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety
- Generous paid time off available at 60 days
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
- Assist in team lifts
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
- Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
