Sterling & Dixon, IL. Full-time position.

Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

• Provides one‑on‑one ABA services to clients.
• Understands and implements each client’s individual support plan under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst.
• Provides feedback and insight to the clinical team regarding clients’ support plans.
• Obtains and maintains Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Protects the health and safety of clients and fellow employees by following appropriate health and safety protocols and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet departmental and business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities; preferred.
• Current and valid RBT certification; preferred, not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others.
• Successfully pass all post‑offer, pre‑employment screening requirements including criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty‑five (25) pounds.
• Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required.
